Dr. Philip Bottero graduated from McMaster University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. He then completed the Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the world renowned Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2019.
Dr. Phil has an elite background in hockey and track&field including several OFSAA championships. He has a special interest in elite youth athletic performance, post-surgical rehabilitation, and optimizing human movement to improve quality of life and prevent injury. He incorporates an evidence-based, dynamic combination of joint manipulations, myofascial release therapies, neurofunctional acupuncture, and rehab exercises in custom designed treatment protocols. Dr. Phil strongly believes that active care, patient education, and a multidisciplinary approach to patient care are essential for sustained results.
